Brad Reddersen is the CEO and Founder of Stranova.com, a consulting group focusing on Strategic Innovation Planning for emerging businesses and turnarounds. He has over 30 years experience leading innovative high-tech organizations, with a career focus in computing systems beginning with some of the earliest work in high-density optical data storage in the 1970s to his most recent corporate role leading the development of graphics supercomputers, desktop systems, and software for SGI.
